This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Cholo Pahar.
1. Guest Cancellation Rules
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation timeline before your scheduled check-in:
> 15 Days Before Check-in
Cancel your booking more than 15 days prior to arrival for a full refund of your payment.
7 to 14 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.
< 7 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
Same-Day Cancellation
Cancelling on your check-in date is non-refundable.
2. Host Cancellation Rules
If a host cancels a confirmed booking:
- Guest receives 100% refund.
Repeated host cancellations are taken seriously and may result in: listing suspension, reduced platform visibility, or permanent removal from Cholo Pahar.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Cholo Pahar may consider special cancellation requests involving:
- Natural disasters.
- Government travel restrictions.
- Serious medical emergencies.
Supporting documentation may be required.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice:
- Booking shall be treated as completed.
- No refund shall be issued.
