1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Cancellation timing.
  • Host cancellation.
  • Property unavailability.
  • Technical or payment-related issues.

2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Refund amounts shall be processed according to the applicable Cancellation Policy.

3. Host-Initiated Cancellations

If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the host:

  • Guests shall receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Property Unavailability

If a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Cholo Pahar may:

  • Offer an alternative property.
  • Issue a full refund.

5. Failed Transactions

In case payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 5 to 10 business days.
  • Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • No-show bookings.
  • Early check-outs.
  • Violation of property rules.
  • False complaints or fraudulent claims.
