Host Agreement

To list a property, hosts must provide:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Government ID (if requested)
• Bank Account Details
• Property Information

Cholo Pahar reserves the right to approve or reject any listing.

Hosts must ensure that:

• Property descriptions are accurate.
• Photos represent the actual property.
• Pricing is correct.
• Amenities listed are available.

Providing misleading information may result in listing suspension.

Hosts agree to:

• Honor confirmed bookings.
• Maintain the property in good condition.
• Provide a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate professionally with guests.

Cholo Pahar operates as a booking marketplace.

Note: The commission percentage may be updated with prior notice.

Hosts agree that:

• Payments may be processed through approved payment gateways.
• Settlement timelines may vary depending on payment provider policies.
• Cholo Pahar may withhold payments in cases involving fraud investigations, disputes, or policy violations.

Hosts shall not cancel confirmed bookings except in genuine emergencies.

Frequent cancellations may result in:

• Reduced visibility.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent removal.

Guests may leave reviews and ratings.

Cholo Pahar reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.

Hosts shall not:

• Mislead guests.
• Request off-platform payments.
• Share false information.
• Engage in discriminatory practices.

Cholo Pahar reserves the right to:

• Suspend listings.
• Remove properties.
• Investigate complaints.
• Modify platform policies.

Hosts acknowledge that Cholo Pahar acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.

Hosts remain fully responsible for:

• Property operations.
• Guest experiences.
• Local regulatory compliance.
• Taxes and statutory obligations.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall remain with courts located in Hooghly, West Bengal.
