Cancel Rules

Transparent conditions for cancellations and token refunds, protecting both guests and hosts.

Token Refunds

Cancel 7+ days before check-in to receive a 100% token refund. 3-7 days grants a 50% refund, while cancellations under 72 hours are non-refundable.

Host Cancellation

If your host cancels, you get a 100% refund immediately and priority placement at a nearby stay. We enforce high hosting standards.
